Ability Composites has recently taken on another project which is needing a very fast turn around time. The customer has asked that Ability Composites design the composite part, design and manufacture the mold, layup the composite parts, and machine all the parts in a matter of 5 weeks. In the composite industry this kind of fast turnaround is very rare.
This is not the first time Ability Composites has taken on a challenge like this. Last year there was an instance when Ability Composites was able to turn a part around for a customer in the matter of a week. This included producing a mold and composite parts.
What allows Ability Composites to produce parts in such a fast turnaround time is a combination of experienced composite engineers, a long list of manufacturing capabilities, hard working composite technicians, and a constant effort to exceed customer expectations.
